Terms of Service

Casheras ApS (CVR 45 67 89 12) provides tourism and travel services in Denmark. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Agreement

An agreement is formed when you confirm a booking via our website, email, or phone. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund.

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in DKK and include VAT. For cancellations, please see section 3.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour start time. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. If we cancel a tour due to weather or safety, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Our Liability

We act with due care and professionalism. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during tours. Participants are responsible for their own safety and insurance.

5. Customer Responsibility

You must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to booking. We reserve the right to exclude participants who pose a risk to themselves or others.

6. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the tour. We will attempt to resolve the issue promptly. Disputes are settled by the Danish Travel Appeals Board.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
